the hotel was fairly large with a great and fantastic location not far from plaza nueva where buses for alhambra, albayzin, sacromento are located, the lovely bars and restaurants sitting under the gaze of the alhambra and granada cathedral. we had 3 enjoyable days here, 100% recommend the place.

Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, helpful 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost item on my first stay. Highly recommend the in-room breakfast!

Very centrally located and clean. Has wifi available in lobby free. Front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful when I worked with them.
Walls are thin and people are loud late after midnight in this hotel. If you open interior or exterior windows it will be very loud in your room. Bring ear plugs.

location of the hotel, is totally central, 20 minutes walk to the Alhambra, 10-15 minutes to the tapas area. hotel is very cosy and beds are very comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't take the option.
access to the hotel is quite complicated, they don't warn you that it is a restricted area, turning around on the streets is quite tedious. We had to ask for a mop for the bathroom, shower screen is a bit small and water comes out of it, although it has a drain, if you step on the wet floor, you pass everything to the room unless you scrub it... I don't know how the rest of the rooms will be, one assigned to us, orientation of the beds, with the headboard facing the door, is not the most suitable if you are a light sleeper... light from the corridor is on your face all night long and it's hard to sleep.

The reception staff were always friendly, approachable and very helpful. The breakfast although simple, was extremely good quality. Fresh produce such as the pastries and fruit was stunning.
It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in our room.
